Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
This includes screen-printed apparel, posters, Blu-rays, stickers, and other merchandise.

Processing times may be slightly longer during:

New product launches
Tour dates or live events
Holidays or peak seasons

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight and packaging type.

Estimated delivery time (after shipping): 3–7 business days.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on customs and local postal services.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country.

Order Tracking

All physical orders include tracking information whenever available.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

Packaging

We take great care to package items securely:

Apparel ships in poly mailers or boxes
Posters ship rolled in durable tubes
Blu-rays ship in padded mailers
Stickers ship in protective envelopes

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

The Silent Light is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to:

USPS/UPS issues
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
International customs delays

If your package appears lost, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

Shipping Address Errors

If you entered the wrong address, contact us ASAP at thesilentlightmusic@gmail.com.
If the order has not shipped yet, we can update it.
If it has already shipped, we are unable to reroute it.

Preorders

Any preorder items will ship at the estimated date noted in the product description.
If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order may ship together unless otherwise stated.
